3. Purpose of the Website
The website provides information about the SalsaMusicPlaylist platform, its structure and its development. The platform is currently in a pre-launch phase. SalsaMusicPlaylist is a discovery and curation platform. It does not host, store, stream or sell any music; all music is played through YouTube’s official embedded player.

4. No Professional Advice
The content provided is for informational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal or investment advice. Investment discussions are conducted separately under NDA.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, structure, branding, logos, concept descriptions and platform architecture, is the intellectual property of SalsaMusicPlaylist unless otherwise stated. No reproduction or redistribution is permitted without written permission.

6. Membership
SalsaMusicPlaylist offers annual memberships. A membership grants access to the platform’s curation, filters, artist archive and knowledge base for one year from the date of payment. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. A membership does not represent equity participation, ownership rights or investor rights. Founding-member pricing, where offered, remains valid until the end of 2029 provided the membership is renewed each year without interruption. Members may request a full refund within 14 days of payment. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, and Nequi in Colombia); SalsaMusicPlaylist does not store payment card details.

7. Music and YouTube
All music on SalsaMusicPlaylist is played through YouTube’s official embedded player and remains subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service. SalsaMusicPlaylist does not host, store or sell any music and does not remove advertising. YouTube may display advertising; an ad-free experience requires the user’s own YouTube Premium subscription. A membership pays for the platform’s curation, structure, archive and knowledge base — not for the music itself.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, technical interruptions or temporary unavailability.
